What is #trEATS?
Toowoomba Region eats (#trEATS) was introduced for Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers in 2020 to encourage residents and visitors to share some love with local eateries, during a particularly challenging time for many of our local businesses. #trEATS provided a boost in business for participating eateries, and proved so popular that it’s now become part of our annual program! For local and visitors, it’s an exciting opportunity to discover Toowoomba’s foodie scene; for local businesses, it’s all about getting some of those Carnival customers through your door!
What's involved?
All you have to do is create an exclusive special (something new and delish!) and sell it during the 2024 Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers period (13 Sept to 7 Oct 2024).
Send in your application form with some Instagram-worthy photos and we’ll market your dish (and your venue) for FREE!
What does my business get?
Our #trEATS campaign is promoted on the official Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers website and social media accounts, as well as in our official program. A dedicated #trEATS menu is available all throughout Carnival from our “Info Hub” information kiosks in Laurel Bank Park and Queens Park Botanic Gardens, as well as the Toowoomba Visitor Information Centre.
We’ll also provide you with:
What does it cost?
Nothing! And we mean that – this is a
100% FREE marketing opportunity for eateries in the Toowoomba region.
We love local businesses, we love food, and we love promoting the Toowoomba Region to visitors! It’s a win/win/win if you ask us!
