Terms and conditions

Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) is the owner and operator of Toowoomba Region Aerodromes. As the Aerodrome owner, Council plays an important role in providing safe operating conditions for all aerodrome users. TRC must also comply with the provisions of the Civil Aviation Regulation 1988, the Civil Aviation Safety Regulation 1998 and all of Council’s local laws, policies and procedures.

This pavement concession is valid only for the operation(s) specified and will not be varied/renewed without the authority of the Aerodrome Operations Manager, Toowoomba Regional Council. It covers approval from the aspect of pavement strengths and surface characteristics only and may be withdrawn at any time on short notice should significant pavement damage occur.
